A: Yes. We designed our community specifically so that residents can comfortably, safely, and permanently age in place. We provide specialized hospice and short-term respite care coordination, working hand-in-hand with clinical partners to protect our residents' absolute dignity through every stage of life's journey. 

A: We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all menu. Our nutritious tailored dining program provides daily health-focused meals prepared strictly according to MD orders. This includes handling complex therapeutic diets and precise texture modifications (such as pureed or mechanical soft needs) to ensure safety and optimal nutrition. 

A: Absolute transparency is one of our founding core pillars. We believe in open doors, proactive communication, and strict regulatory compliance. Your family is an essential part of the care team, and you will be kept fully integrated and informed on every shift or update regarding your loved one's health status. 

A: We currently accept Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, and Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits. Please note that we have not applied for the Medicaid Waivers program at this time. We are always happy to sit down with your family to discuss our financial structures and care tiers to help you find the best fit for your loved one. 

A: This is your loved one’s home, which means our doors are always open to you. We welcome family visits at any time, though we respectfully ask guests to be mindful of our standard quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all residents get restful, undisturbed sleep. 

A: Because we operate an intimate, highly specialized boutique home with a strict 3-bed licensed capacity, our staff-to-resident ratio is an exceptional 1:3. This allows our team to provide a level of deeply personalized, protective, and immediate clinical care that massive institutional facilities simply cannot match. 

A: We perform rigorous monthly and periodic reviews of each resident's individualized care plan and required services. We strongly encourage and invite family members or resident representatives to attend these meetings so we can directly integrate your valuable input into your loved one’s care and coordination.
